1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the ReadVault app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Beijing Kechuangweilan Information Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading or using ReadVault you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. 接受条款

本协议适用于你对 ReadVault 应用及相关服务（以下简称「本服务」）的使用，本服务由 Beijing Kechuangweilan Information Technology Co., Ltd（以下简称「我们」）提供。下载或使用 ReadVault 即表示你同意本协议及我们的隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。

2. The Service

ReadVault lets you save web articles, read them in a simplified reader, highlight and annotate them, organize them into collections, and — if you sign in — back up and sync your library across devices. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. 服务内容

ReadVault 让你保存网页文章、在简化的阅读器中阅读、高亮和批注、整理到书签集，并在登录后备份和跨设备同步你的文库。我们可能不时调整、新增或移除功能。

3. Accounts

You can use ReadVault without an account. Sync requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your devices secure. You must be at least 13 years old (14 in mainland China), or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use the Service.

不注册也可以使用 ReadVault。同步功能需要使用「通过 Apple 登录」。你需要对自己账号下的活动负责，并妥善保管自己的设备。你须年满 13 周岁（中国大陆为 14 周岁），或已获得父母或监护人的同意，方可使用本服务。

4. Your Content and Other People's Content

Your notes and highlights belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync them for you.

Articles you save belong to their authors and publishers. ReadVault keeps a copy for your personal, non-commercial reading only. You are responsible for making sure your use of saved content respects copyright and the terms of the websites you save from, and you must not use ReadVault to republish or redistribute other people's work.

4. 你的内容与他人的内容

你的笔记和高亮归你所有。你仅授予我们为你存储和同步这些内容所必需的有限许可。

你保存的文章归其作者和发布者所有。ReadVault 保留的副本仅供你个人、非商业性阅读。你需确保对所保存内容的使用符合著作权法及来源网站的条款，不得利用 ReadVault 转载或传播他人作品。

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to store or process unlawful content;
• try to access other users' data or interfere with the Service, its servers or networks;
• use the Service to scrape or mass-collect content from websites;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

你同意不会：

• 将本服务用于任何违法用途，或存储、处理违法内容；
• 试图访问其他用户的数据，或干扰本服务及其服务器、网络；
• 利用本服务批量抓取或采集网站内容；
• 在法律允许范围之外对本应用进行反向工程。

6. Fees

If we offer paid features, their price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

6. 费用

如我们提供付费功能，其价格和条款会在你购买前于 App 内展示。购买由 Apple 处理并适用 Apple 的条款；订阅可在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消。

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Me → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all data synced to our server. It cannot be undone.

你可以随时在 App 的「我的 → 注销账号」中注销账号。注销将永久删除你的账号以及同步到服务器的全部数据，且无法恢复。

8. Third-Party Websites

ReadVault displays content from websites we do not control. We are not responsible for that content, its accuracy, or its availability, and saving a page does not mean we endorse it.

ReadVault 展示的内容来自我们无法控制的网站。我们不对这些内容本身、其准确性或可用性负责，保存某个页面也不代表我们认可其内容。

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every page can be saved, or that synced data can never be lost; please keep copies of anything critical.

本服务按「现状」和「现有」基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证本服务不中断、无错误，不保证所有网页都能保存，也不保证同步数据绝不会丢失；重要内容请自行留存副本。

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因你使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据丢失承担责任。对于任何索赔，我们的总责任以索赔前 12 个月内你为本服务向我们支付的金额为限，若该金额低于 50 美元则以 50 美元为限。本协议不限制依法不得限制的责任。

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

你可以随时停止使用本服务。如你严重或多次违反本协议，或依法要求，我们可以暂停或终止你的使用权限。按其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款，终止后继续有效。

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live outside the United States, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. 适用法律

本协议受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖（不适用其冲突法规则），任何争议由加利福尼亚州旧金山县的州法院和联邦法院专属管辖。如你居住在美国境外，你仍享有居住国法律规定的强制性消费者保护。

13. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. They apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict, these Terms control to the extent Apple permits. Your license is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.

• We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content, for maintenance and support, and for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.

13. Apple App Store 条款

本协议仅存在于你与我们之间，Apple 不是协议一方。本协议是 Apple 标准《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》的补充；二者冲突时，在 Apple 允许的范围内以本协议为准。你仅可按 App Store 使用规则，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。

• 由我们（而非 Apple）对本应用及其内容、维护与支持，以及与本应用相关的任何索赔（包括产品责任、法律合规、消费者保护、隐私和知识产权索赔）承担全部责任。
• 如本应用不符合任何适用的保证，你可以通知 Apple，Apple 将退还购买价款（如有）；在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 对本应用不承担其他任何保证义务。
• 你声明你不位于受美国政府禁运或被列为「支持恐怖主义」的国家，也不在美国政府的任何禁止或限制名单上。
• 你使用本应用时须遵守适用的第三方条款。
• Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，在你接受本协议后有权对你执行本协议。

14. Changes and Contact
